ZACK ZOLIN SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION
WHO WE ARE
The Zack Zolin Scholarship Foundation was created to honor and remember Zack Zolin who loved football and overcame life’s obstacles to play the game. The foundation’s mission is to provide scholarships to collegiate student athletes. We will target those who are not given opportunities at the higher collegiate level but are committed and passionate to their sport.
MEET ZACK ZOLIN
Zack Zolin had one of those personalities that made everyone adore him. He had a smile that could brighten your day. He loved his family and friends to the fullest and loved life. He especially loved his sport - football. Zack had a way of pushing through the struggles that he faced and forging ahead with that brilliant smile on his face.
To really celebrate Zack’s life in a way that we think he would have appreciated, his family and friends started the Zack Zolin Scholarship Foundation to find a way to make his death something positive. We strive to grant scholarships to young collegiate athletes who may have had to overcome hurdles in life but are forging ahead with a smile on their face.
EVENTS
ZIGG'S TOSS-A-THON
Zack Zolin Scholarship Foundation is able to award scholarships due to our annual cornhole tournament fundraiser, Zigg’s Toss-A-Thon. Held in Tempe every fall, at least 32 two-person teams battle for the title and cash prize. Hundreds of locals gather at Zigg's Toss-A-Thon while enjoying the friendly competition, food and fun all for a great cause while honoring Zack's memory.
